After pressing the button place order our staff will start working on your order. An order confirmation including the shipping date will follow as soon as possible and after approval of the management of CRACO GmbH. It may take a while, but there is a good reason for that. As a manufacturer, we know better than anyone how important reliable delivery times and exact dimensions and fit are to you. In order to be able to give and guarantee this, our technical, planning and purchasing departments check your order for capacity and availability of materials, after which we can send you a reliable confirmation.

If, due to your deadline, you would still like a faster answer, please contact our sales department.
In most cases they can give you a guideline of the expected delivery time.

On the order confirmation you will also find the prices. Should these give rise to any questions, please respond immediately. Together we will then find a suitable solution.
For order values > EURO 2.000,00 or non-CRACO parts, we always ask for your approval on the order confirmation.

In the future we will integrate both the price information and this additional approval into the processing on the website.
